We collect the email address submitted for beta access. Contact messages may also include a name, message category, message content, source page, submission time, and a one-way network fingerprint used to limit abuse.
How it is used
We use this information to manage beta access, answer messages, understand product demand, prevent spam, and improve PortfolioBacktest. We do not sell submitted contact information.
Storage and retention
Information is stored in access-controlled infrastructure. Beta requests and messages are retained while they remain relevant to the product relationship, legal obligations, security, or abuse prevention, and are then deleted or anonymized.
Payments and service providers
When a paid plan is available, payment is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment details, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment-related customer support. PortfolioBacktest receives only the limited billing and subscription information needed to provide access, prevent fraud, and maintain records. We use carefully selected infrastructure providers to operate the website, workspace, email, data, and security services; they may process information only on our instructions and for those purposes.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete submitted information by using the Contact page and writing from the same email address. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request.
